Outbound Customer Care Advisor
We have a position available for an Outbound Customer Engagement representative.
The Customer Engagement Representative (Sales) is responsible for liaising with customers and other staff to ensure the smooth delivery of excellent customer service. You will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing assistance around accounts and upselling further products. You will be making outbound calls to existing and new customers and working in part of a dynamic and exciting team environment in a well-established company.
- Upselling products to all new and existing customers.
- Telesales to B2C only.
- Business to Customer sales
- Outbound sales calls
- Delivering great customer service
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Team player
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a good phone manner
- 3-6 months call center/ sales experience (Beneficial not compulsory)
- Be computer literate and have the sales drive and ambition to succeed KPIs and go the extra mile
- 1 year of experience in retail also beneficial
- A professional with great communication skills and quality etiquette to engage with customers over the phone and close sales.
- Flexible to work Saturdays
This position offers a fantastic starting salary at £19,300 + Bonus
First pay rise offered after 6 months, £21,000 + Bonus
