Rhino Asphalt Solutions has an opening for an administrator at our head office in Lewes, East Sussex. The role will be to support the Admin & Finance Manager to run the smooth operation of our busy office.
You will be part of a small team focused on running the administration operation in an office of 12 people all dedicated to giving great customer satisfaction.
The specific tasks for this role are:
- Telephone answering
- Entering data onto IT systems
- Filing & archiving
- General office administration duties for sales, estimating & admin departments
- Administering internal IT systems
The successful candidate may well have either vocational experience or academic certification.
Ideally we would like to employ someone with solid IT skills, an enthusiastic telephone manner and a desire to do the job well.
The ability to follow procedure is imperative but also is the desire to deliver great service, do a good job, be helpful and contribute to a team result.
We are of course heavily invested in IT so knowing your way around Microsoft products and bespoke systems is a must.
You will need to be numerate, literate, accurate and possess good telephone skills.
