Fast paced Sussex based plumbing and drainage company has a position for a Management PA/Administrator working directly for the MD and Directors of the Company. Duties include processing dictation, organising meetings, arranging interview’s, managing administration for Director’s, overseeing company vehicles and fleet, maintaining a training matrix, booking courses and arranging training, arranging DBS (CRB) checks, setting up various files/spreadsheets for office processes and ordering stock for yard. Main office duties including taking calls, logging of jobs and processing engineers recommendations. Hours are 8am to 5pm 5 x days a week and also 1 x evening to 6.30pm and a Saturday (1 in 4) from 8am to 2pm which is classed as overtime (not optional). Good salary package depending on experience including bonus scheme and role would suit very organised person. Must have driving license and own car as offices are semi-rural.
