We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced hotel event’s professional to join our highly successful team as a Conference and Events Coordinator at The Grand, Brighton.

We are looking for someone with previous hotel experience who can take a confirmed conference & event booking and co-ordinate all final details, ensuring a smooth and accurate handover to hotel operations teams.
Confidence, tenacity and a drive to succeed are a must for this job. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
You will be highly organised with an eye for detail and thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You will be working in an award-winning Conference and Events Sales Office which provides an environment that is inclusive, progressive and gives you empowerment to manage the business needs through a conscientious yet commercial approach to all event bookings.
