My client are a leading award winning digital agency based in beautiful high tech offices in the heart of Brighton’s busy ‘tech hub’ and also in London.They are highly focused on leading edge projects and new technology and they are seeking a senior UX designer ideally with digital agency or project experience of a diverse range of projects. You will be exposed to leading household brand names with global commercial clients within industries such as international finance, global energy, bespoke travel, and insurance.

You will be based in the beautiful, modern Brighton office with occasional travel to London. In this exciting role you will take ownership of the UX strategy for digital and design products across multiple platforms from web to mobile, IoT projects to Chatbots. You will be tasked with conducting and facilitating user workshops, with performing UX research work and gathering requirements from trends to value definition, from users and stakeholders.

You will enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment with all members of the company’s team from UX to Visual Designers, to the development team, to senior management. In addition, you will work with the company’s dedicated usability testing lab for applying qualitative and quantitative methods to gather feedback, to uncover users’ needs and generate design concepts that connect with customer.

You must be able to demonstrate a strong UX portfolio of previous commercial work at interview and be skilled at gathering client requirements through workshops and interviews.

Experience Required

•Skilled at creating structured IA/wireframes that can be implemented by the Development team.

•Good knowledge of design and prototyping programmes including Sketch, Invision, Zeplin and Adobe Suite.

•Experience in several wireframing tools

•Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype

•Strong client experience and agile methodology experience.
