Nursery Practitioner - Hove, BN3 4BD

This is a permanent position in a nursery setting

Hours: 40 hours per week (Between 6:45am - 6:30pm)

Salary: £16,328 - £17,472 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications, this will be discussed in an interview)

The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for working with children
• Be able to work well in a team
• Have enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Have excellent communication both written and verbal
• Have experience working with children aged between 3months - 5 years
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Have an understanding on the Reggio Emilia approach (Desirable but not essential)
• Paediatric First Aid & Safeguarding training (Desired but not essential)

Our clients are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their Reggio Emilia inspired nursery based in Hove.

They provide care for children aged between 3 months - 5 years in a safe and inspiring environment with lots of natural and open-ended resources for the children to thrive, grow and develop.

The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, providing a home from home atmosphere and continually aim for exceptionally high standards, working closely with the children's individual needs and interests.

The nursery provides a range of fun and stimulating activities for the children to join in with, aiming to help individuals achieve their personal best through learning in a fun and safe environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework as well as working in partnership with parents and carers.
