Salary – NJC Scale 5 - £21,074-£23,111 per annum, pro rata

Actual Salary - £17,831

The Governors are seeking to appoint two experienced and highly efficient Administrative Assistants to support the team. One of these posts will be based in the Exams Office. Previous experience of assisting with the planning and organisation of internal and external exams is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will:

• Have demonstrable experience of working in an office based role
• Possess excellent organisational, communication and numerical skills and the ability to display sensitivity when handling difficult situations
• Have a high level of computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Be flexible in their approach to working independently and be able to use initiative
• Work efficiently and accurately
• Possess the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
