As a Customer Service Advisor at Southern Housing Group you will be assisting customers to feel safe and supported in their home. Our customers are important to us and we provide an easy access service which aims to resolve their query at first contact.

As a team we deliver high quality customer service to ensure that our customer’s queries are responded to in a timely manner while maintaining an excellent quality. We work in a collaborative environment, where there is always something to learn and you are empowered to make decisions.

We are always looking for opportunities to continually improve, so as well as an induction programme there are further training opportunities to allow us to provide the best possible service for our customers.

We operate a rotating shift pattern working a 35 hour week so shifts will vary between:

08:00am and 04.00pm           09:00am and 05:00pm           12:00pm and 08:00pm
