Claims Technician – Central Brighton, Immediate start

As a Claims Technician for this company you will be interacting and building rapport with new customers daily, ensuring that any potential claims a customer may have is settled in a timely and effective manner. There is a competitive salary offered, as well as an uncapped commission structure. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities -
- Setting up new claims, data entry on internal and external systems
- Handle and positively resolve all enquiries from both client and other external contacts to ensure delivery of a focused claims service.
- Processing claim and fee collections
- Arranging claim and fee payments
- Monitoring and updating claim files
- Producing loss records /claims history
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and clients
Salary + Working Hours –
·£7.83-£8.00, OTE of £24,000 (including uncapped commission)
·Generous commission structure
·Staff incentives to meet and exceed targets, including prizes and holidays abroad
·10.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday
