Our client has been established for over 20 years, a specialist façade and curtain wall subcontractor who design, manufacture and install. They currently employ over 80 people and have a very low turnover in staff. This is without a doubt due to culture of the company and excellent leadership team.

They are based in Braintree in Essex with a beautiful office and factory facility adjacent. Over the last twelve months, they have experienced unprecedented success and growth due to their strong reputation in the market.

As a consequence, they have picked up allot of work in East Sussex, South London and the Corydon area which goes into 2022.

Therefore, the need now exists for an Assistant Site Manager for a project in Brighton.

Assistant Site Managers will be based on a £3M project for a new build laboratory with a tier one main contractor. The scope of works our client is undertaking includes, curtain wall installation, cladding, aluminium doors and some structural glazing.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operatives on site, keeping track of materials delivered, some project reporting as well as tool boxes talks.

It would therefore be beneficial if you come from a background in fenestration, curtain wall fixing or cladding. You will need to have a CSCS card at a minimum and it would be advantageous if you also had SSSTS.

You will ideally live in the Croydon, South London or Sussex area due to the project locations after you have succesfully compalete this one.

This is a long-term opportunity and will offer you a career development programme which will ensure you progress into full Site / Project Management from being an Assistant Site Manager.
