Sales Development Executive (£26k + Bonus)
The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads into new business revenue.
The candidate will need to possess a very professional telephone manner and the confidence in speaking to senior business executives.
Working Days:Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Location: Eastbourne
In this role you will:
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling to existing business clients
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up
- Pre-qualify leads and book appointments/call backs
- Follow up with field sales manager to gather feedback and agree next steps
- Update client records accordingly
Qualifications / Competencies / Skills / Experience:
- Experience in sales and lead generation
- Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone
- Fluency in English
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Organised and ability to prioritise busy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail
- Display initiative in undertaking all aspects of the role
- Good team player with a willingness to collaborate
