Are you a natural leader with eCommerce or digital marketing experience, then we want to talk to you! We are seeking someone to develop, lead, implement, track, and manage the operations of the business.

This role will give you a chance to do fun and challenging work in a friendly atmosphere.

There is also the opportunity for flexible hours and to work part of the week from home is desired.

Salary: £35,000k/annum

About You:

·Great with people and numbers

·Proven leadership skills

You'll be overseeing our small team to make sure campaigns are launched, deadlines are met, and goals are achieved.

In this role you:

?Manage the day-to-day operations of the business

?Oversee the business operations of Admin, Marketing, Product, HR and Finance

?Monitor effective performance against benchmarks, analytics, and target KPI’s

?Lead a team

?Work closely with and report to the founders

?Own and deliver on growth/sales goals

?Implement Standard Operating Procedures and processes

?Drive progression of the product roadmap

?Collaborate with employees to create and optimise customer service

?Manage agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements:

?3+years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, strategy or management roles

?Prior leadership role managing a team of 3 or more

?Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or retail

?Results/action oriented and passionate about growth

?Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a setting with minimal guidance

?Great communication skills

?Driven to succeed
