Digital Marketing Apprentice
Working Hours: 30 hours per week. Flexible Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working to help at exhibition stands.
Brief Description of role: The role is supporting the founder of start -up Children’s nature subscription box - in all aspects of marketing, both online and offline. This involves everything from developing, sourcing materials, packing boxes - through to working on the website, social media, content development, Google analytics, and assisting with the development of marketing campaigns. Some attendance at exhibitions will also be required which may include working outside 9-5 but time off in liew will be given.
The founder is a marketeer of 25 years’ experience, who will offer on the job training and support in all aspects of the role, however independent working may also be required.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft programmes. Interest in learning Adobe suite and design skills. Interest in social media and email marketing. Excellent written English. Interest in child development and education and horticulture.
Desired Personal Qualities: Ambitious. Flexible approach. Attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
