Sussex Recruitment requires a Sales Administrator to look after their client’s customers in France. The ideal candidate will be a French National or someone who speaks fluent French and English and understands French culture. This is a busy varied role and often demanding, so the ability to multi task, be very organised and work under pressure is paramount. Interviews for this position will be conducted in French and English.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Processing orders via email and checking for data accuracy before processing orders

* Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

* Solving daily problems when possible, escalating to line manager if unable to resolve an issue

* Providing quotations over the phone, by email or through SAP

* Maintaining good housekeeping for quote system and updating customer records on SAP

* Liaise with the Purchasing and Logistics Department to confirm timely deliveries

* Running daily reports to ensure goods are shipping on time and to advise customers of any potential delays

* Recording accurately any orders discrepancies, shortages, transportation and quality issues on the discrepancies log. Monitoring/addressing reoccurring issues to the relevant party

* Convey key feedback from customers on promotions and support Marketing Department with promotions

* Generate ad-hoc sales reports to support the external sales force

* Communicate important feedback from customers to your line manager and sales force when appropriate

* Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features

* Providing support to your line manager with yearly price lists update

* Strong commercial insight & communication skills

Key Competencies:

* Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator

* Understanding of sales performance metrics

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

* Relationship builder, adaptable and innovative

* Ability to work to deadlines and show autonomy

IT Skills:

* Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP ideal but not essential as full training will be given

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm
