Brighton’s leading warranty and insurance provider are now recruiting confident, ambitious individuals to join their rapidly expanding team. As a part of our newly renovated Brighton based office, you will be working in a competitive, vibrant environment, located in a desirable central location.

 

Your new role

 

As a insurance and warranty consultant for our company, you will be on the front line for assisting existing customers for a wide-range of technical issues. The position will also include sales, providing information about the latest products and services and responding to customer complaints.

 

This is a permanent, full-time based role, with potential candidates ideally being able to work between the hours of 11.00am-8.00pm Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends.

 

What you'll need to succeed

 

You will have excellent communication skills coupled with a helpful, professional approach to customer service. You will preferably, although not essentially, have experience of working in a contact/call centre environment or have previous phone-based customer support experience. The ability to recognise and prioritise certain issues is also a key as is the ability to handling customer complaints sensitively and efficiently.

 

Applicants need to be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given. A good level of stress tolerance and resilience is helpful, as well as good listening, organisational and problem-solving skills.

 

What you'll get in return

 

You will receive an excellent rate of pay of £19,300 per annum, with this rising to £21,000 after a successful probation period. There are up to £5,000 to be earnt in bonuses as well as various other employee incentives. We offer realistic and genuine progression opportunities, with almost all our team leaders and area managers being promoted from entry level.
