Our client’s business is one of the UK’s leading insurance company.

Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, your main role is to assist in the set up of insurance and warranty policies on customer home appliances and white goods, whilst providing outstanding customer service.

You will interact with customers by telephone and will explain policies and procedures, and on certain occasions, do follow ups calls.

No experience is required as 3 weeks classroom training will be provided, plus ongoing support, however previous experience within a customer service role, (i.e. Retail/Hospitality) is greatly beneficial.

Working Days: Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm

You are required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays a month (9.00am-5.00pm) No Sunday work

Pay: Starting at £19,300/annum, increasing to £21,158/annum + commission

About You:

  • Able to articulate complex thoughts in an understandable, concise and business-like manner while ensuring customer understanding
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a close team environment
  • Highly flexible and able to react and adapt to objections
  • Competence in a customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
