Job Details

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to prepare and deliver challenging and stimulating Religious Studies lessons throughout the School. The successful candidate will have a good degree in a relevant discipline and possess strong subject knowledge.  Religious Studies is flourishing at Mayfield, with girls achieving outstanding GCSE and A Level results. The position will suit an NQT (capable of teaching at A level with training and support) or someone looking for their first move.

Mayfield is a leading Catholic Independent boarding and day School for girls aged

11-18 situated in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, less than 50 miles from London and 40 minutes from Gatwick.  The School has a tradition of academic achievement with impressive GCSE and A Level results, a vibrant and eclectic extra-curricular provision and an enviable reputation for pastoral care.
