Temporary Office based Customer Service / Telemarketing work
Salary: £7.83 per hour
Location: Burgess Hill (Central)
Duration: Temporary – 2 weeks
At Travail in Burgess Hill we are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable temporary candidates for temporary Office based Customer Service / Telemarketing work for 2 weeks. The start date at present is from Monday 28th January.
This telemarketing work is for a local business that handle customer information for their clients, and make contact with their customers who have consented to be contacted for marketing purposes. This is NOT a cold-calling position!
Key skills required:
* A confident communicator over the phone
* Excellent English – both verbal and written
* IT literate – specifically within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Reliable with excellent time keeping skills
* Responsible and organised
* Driven to succeed
This work operates on a shift pattern – 9am – 6pm and 10am -7pm. You must be available to work a mixture of these shifts although personal preferences are taken into consideration where possible!
