Full-time - 37 hours per week

Based at Central Campus Brighton but will be expected to work cross college at the other Brighton and the Worthing Campuses also

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of all Apprenticeship services activities also supporting and monitoring all operations of Apprenticeship Management Recruitment Services, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience is achieved for students, parents / carers, employers, internal college / company contacts.

You will be regularly monitoring and reporting against pre-defined targets and implementing agreed improvement strategies including the development and implementation of effective and efficient processes and systems to improve the recruitment service offer, maximizing online data capture.

You will require a relevant professional/occupational qualification equivalent to L4 or above and be educated to degree level. You should also have experience of implementing effective quality control systems, significant management experience evidenced by an associated qualification(s) and demonstrable achievement against targets.  Experience of working in a commercial competitive target driven environment and proven performance management exposure specifically IT solutions driven is also essential.  You will also require strategic awareness of funding rules for apprenticeships and full understanding of the new Levy/non Levy processes and working knowledge of ESFA audit and compliance requirements.
