We are looking for an experienced Customer Service or Administration candidate to join a well established and friendly company in the Worthing area providing customer service, client management and administration support to the sales function.

The role involves:

* Liaising with customers, suppliers, brokers and internal teams to ensure that new sales contracts are processed fully and accurately

* Conduct various customer checks and updating the system accurately

* Assisting customers and internal teams with post-sales enquiries prior to their contract becoming active

* Sending written correspondence as needed

* Various administrative and customer service orientated tasks

The role is not sales but supports the sales team so will require someone with a confident telephone manner who is happy to liaise with various parties on the phone. You’ll need to have good administrative skills including strong accuracy and attention to detail and strong computer literacy.

The position is working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm or 9am-5.30pm and offers a salary of between £17k and £19k dependent on experience.
