Sussex Recruitment has a vacancy for a Helpdesk Technician working at their Clients’ Head Office in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
The role involves resolving customer issues in a professional and competent manner.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
* Dealing with customers
* Using the company service management system to input and maintain information
* Methodically resolve issues, following the Health & Safety guidelines.
* Cover other positions within the department when necessary.
* Manage the customers’ expectations.
Required skills and experience:
* Confident telephone manner
* High level of customer service skills
* Good understanding of IT
* Organised
* Methodical approach to daily tasks with ability to prioritise
* Team Player
* Flexible
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in the week).
Experience:
* IT/Helpdesk: 1 year (Preferred)
