Receptionist
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a busy and thriving financial practice based in Hove.
Our client are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team, offering £18,000 - £19,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00 with 75 mins for lunch.
Duties will include:
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Booking in meeting rooms and managing the diary
• Distributing post and scanning documents
• Updating client records
• Responsible for supplier orders e.g. stationery, kitchen supplies
• Kitchen tidiness, including loading & unloading of dishwasher at start of day and as appropriate to ensure sufficient crockery for visitors etc.
• Ad hoc tasks to support the secretaries &/or office manager, as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
• Reception experience ideally in a financial or corporate settings
• A professional and friendly manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Competent literacy and typing skills
• Quick to learn and implement new tasks
• Excellent attention to detail
