The Sussex MSK Partnership

The Role of the Patient Care Advisor

Our Patient Care Advisors are the main point of contact for patients accessing our service, playing a critical role in stewarding patients through the service at all stages to ensure that we offer an efficient and effective service. 

The successful candidate for this post will be based in Crawley Hospital, working five days a week as part of the busy reception and administration team in the Physiotherapy Department. You will be bright and enthusiastic, with an up-beat personality, excellent communication skills and some experience of using computer systems. Experience with using a computerised appointments system would be helpful, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
