Job Duties

  • Successfully complete all modules, project work and case studies of the Cyber Security Technologist Apprenticeship Programme.
  • Operation and configuration of key security tools.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest threats and vulnerabilities to ensure operational tools and processes are current.
  • Provide recommendations and technical guidance on the adoption of new security tools.
  • Working with the business areas to understand key activities and identify potential key threats.
  • Assisting with Incident Management.  Including regular Management Information and following up of Root Cause Analysis.
  • Collation of critical Management Information across the group.
  • Skills Required

Qualifications

  • Self-disciplined, reliable and responsible

  • An enthusiastic learner
  • Genuine interest in cyber security
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade: A* to C or 9 to 4)

Including Mathematics and English Language or equivalent study experience or experience.

You have an A-Level in ICT, an Advanced Apprenticeship in a similar subject or an international Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT.
