Working alongside your General Manager you will be the face of the business and assist with the leadership of the team, growth of the business and putting smiles on our customer faces.

Results - From previous management or supervisorial experience in hospitality or leisure you will have acquired outstanding business acumen, and driving the team to great results.

About the Pub

Gatwick Manor is an extremely attractive 15th century Grade II listed building set in ten acres of beautiful grounds. Once known as Hyders, the central building is a fine example of a Wealden Open Hall, a type of timber-framed farmhouse built by wealthy yeoman farmers in Kent and Sussex in medieval times.

It's a large site on 30 acres of land comprising of 3 building that contain 3 functions rooms with their own bars and kitchens. Largest function capacity is 250.

With Brighton just 30 minutes south and central London less than an hour's drive north, The Gatwick Manor is ideally located for day trips or exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. It's also just 30 minutes away from the South Downs National Park; a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). With its rolling landscapes and scenic towns and villages, this glorious part of the English countryside offers delightful tourist trails, including the South Downs Way.
