Accounts Assistant/Book-Keeper (minimum AAT level 1 or equivalent - or currently working towards) for busy, expanding property management company.
The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and be a team player of an ambitious and enthusiastic nature.
Full time position with excellent scope for advancement.
The candidate must be accounts orientated, computer literate and able to readily assimilate bespoke programmes.
Core duties include but are not limited to:
- Debtor chasing
- Daily banking
- Assisting in the preparation of accounts
- Maintaining computer records (using property management software - training provided)
- Payment allocation
- Raising sales invoices (using Xero accounting software - training provided)
- Invoice processing
- Email correspondence
