Job Details
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer services tickets in a timely and professional manner, including minor complaints
- Answering customer services telephone calls
- Porting telephone numbers from other providers to Orbtalk
- Processing account cancellations, including scheduling them in the calendar and cancelling the account itself 30 days later
- Administrative duties e.g. distributing post and assisting senior staff as appropriate setup of new customers’ phone systems
- Configuration of VoIP handsets
- Taking support calls and raising tickets via our support system
- Troubleshooting network, phone and phone system issues
- Logging into customers’ systems remotely via our remote support software to fix possible issues
- Following escalation procedures consistently

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
