Senior Site Manager

My client is an excellent regional contractor who work across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. They have an immediate need for a Site Manager to work on a 20 unit HA scheme in Crawley. This role will be the lead on site reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager.

The scheme will be traditional build and starts in April. The value is circa £3m and these homes will be delivered as a contracting job for a local Housing association. The right candidate will have delivered other housing schemes ideally as a contractor and must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
