The NVQ Diploma, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) and Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) will be delivered in company by one of our experienced Assessors.

The ERR workbook is intended to enable apprentices to know, understand and record the principles associated with the nine national outcomes such as the world of work and how they are constrained by various legal and organisational procedures for their own well-being. All apprentices must also receive a company induction programme.

PLTS comprise of 6 skill areas - Creative thinking, Independent enquiry, Reflective Learning, Team working, Self Management and Effective Participation. Why choose an apprenticeship?

  • You can earn while you learn – as an apprentice you earn a salary and get to work alongside experienced staff who will help you to develop job-specific skills.
  • You gain practical and relevant work experience – every apprenticeship program is tailored to specific job roles which means you know you will be receiving relevant training. You will also spend time ‘off-the-job’ which is undertaken outside of the normal working environment.
