Planner
Our client is a multi-sector estate agency with an in depth knowledge of rural asset management with 60+ staff operating out of four offices in four separate counties.
They are now looking for an experienced Planner to join the team based in Pulborough working mainly in the South-East on a variety of projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research and report co-ordination
- Preparing and managing tenders
- Assess planning applications and monitor outcomes as necessary
- Negotiate with developers and other professionals
Skills & Experience Required
- 1-2 years’ experience in Town and Country Planning
- Strong report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
Qualifications and training
- RTPI accredited degree
- MRTPI (or working towards)
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 – £35,000
