Our client is a multi-sector estate agency with an in depth knowledge of rural asset management with 60+ staff operating out of four offices in four separate counties.

They are now looking for an experienced Planner to join the team based in Pulborough working mainly in the South-East on a variety of projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Research and report co-ordination
• Preparing and managing tenders
• Assess planning applications and monitor outcomes as necessary
• Negotiate with developers and other professionals

Skills & Experience Required

• 1-2 years’ experience in Town and Country Planning
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Full driving licence

Qualifications and training

• RTPI accredited degree
• MRTPI (or working towards)

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 – £35,000
