Job Description

KSD Support Services Limited (KSD Group) is one of the fastest growing, privately owned, building maintenance and facilities management support services companies in the UK.

  • This post presents an opportunity to make a substantial contribution to a dynamic growing business and to initiate a high-quality HR administration and team relations
  • Responsible for: reporting, corporate and employment law compliance, benefits administration, performance management, sourcing and recruitment, onboarding, and managing our apprenticeship program
  • Assisting with employee engagement and development initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities


  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment laws
  • Experience in conflict resolution and conducting investigations
  • Familiarity of payroll processing and systems
  • Advanced Excel and ad-hoc reporting expertise
  • Strong Microsoft Office IT skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to generating on-time reporting
  • Self-driven and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effectively multi-tasks to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Productivity-focused and proven to be a quick problem solver
  • Confident decision-maker

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Becoming an essential 'go to' partner for the KSD management team, committed to efficient HR service, making talent matter, and quantifying results
  • Coordinating high quality recruitment efforts
  • Conducting in depth reference checks, tracking, and reporting
  • Facilitating consistent onboarding and development experiences for staff members of KSD
  • Assisting management team members through the performance management cycle
  • Provide counselling, coaching and resolving conflict as needed
  • Leading special projects as needed.
