Grade - NHS AfC: Band 7

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Dietitian to join our small, friendly team based in the Sussex countryside at Uckfield Hospital.

You will provide a community service including outpatient clinics and home visits for complex gastroenterology patients located in the High Weald, Lewes and Havens area. There will be the opportunity to establish group education for patients e.g. Low FODMAP groups and to provide clinical updates in Gastroenterology for community teams. You will work closely with the General Practitioners and community therapy teams.

You will supervise and inspire other members of the Dietetic team while being supported by the Professional Dietetic lead.

A good understanding of the Home eternal feeding service will be required to ensure a seamless service delivery.
