From September 2019, Lancing College will be launching a new Day Nursery and Forest School which will be located within the grounds of the Lancing Estate in a specially refurbished building with extensive grounds.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new project.  Lancing College is seeking to appoint a Nursery Manager who has significant experience within a nursery setting, has exceptional leadership skills and can develop and implement strategy in regards to current processes.  The successful candidate will have impeccable interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels of seniority, and able to build working relationships to ensure common goals can be achieved.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about running a fun, stimulating, and safe nursery for children, alongside wanting to grow and progress their career opportunities.
