Your new company
A unique job opportunity for a UK registered Architect has arisen within a national, award winning design and building consultancy, at their South Coast offices. They are a unique, interdisciplinary consultancy providing architecture, surveying, building services and engineering across the UK. Specialists in Education, Residential and Passivhaus design schemes.

Your new role
The architectural design team are looking for a qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years professional practice experience. You'll quickly take on an integral role within the design team and begin work on a major education project in the South of England. You'll also have an opportunity to lead and effectively manage your own projects across the housing and education sectors.

As a key representative of the business, you'll play an important role in the coordination of your projects, liaising with both internal and external consultant teams throughout. You'll also work closely with your clients, ensuring to understand their requirements throughout all RIBA stages of works.

What you'll need to succeed
As a UK registered Architect, you'll have existing experience working within a similar role, having previously lead a design team. You'll be highly skilled in either Revit or ArchiCAD as well as AutoCAD and Sketch UP. You'll be self-motivated, both creative and technically minded and have a flexible attitude to work.
