We are currently seeking an all-round chef to work on an ongoing contract on the outskirts of Brighton. This is with a view to a possible permanent placement.

The role will include working in a secured environment and will also involve undergoing a security clearance (This will be conducted by Twentysix Recruitment on registration)

As the right candidate you will possess experience catering for large numbers in a commercial catering environment and work in a timely manner to designated meal times. You will be part of a larger team, so communication and teamwork are essential. Some low-level supervisory duties will also form part of this role.

Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

In return for the above you can expect a regular shift pattern with no split shifts, enhanced rates for weekends that fall within your shift pattern, regular work and the chance to experience working in a different environment.

You will work between 35 and 45 hours per week on a 4 week, fixed rota.
There are no late finishes.
You will be required to work every other weekend, however this is paid at an enhanced rate.

The base salary is £11ph, £12.50ph Saturdays and £15ph on Sundays. You will also accrue holiday pay on each hour you work.
