A leading Main Contractor with a strong presence across sectors require a Building Services Manager to work on a mixed £15m M&E mixed use residential scheme in Brighton. You will initially focus on a specific project but over the coming 18 months take on 2-3 others nearby to manage £8m-£10m worth of services packages.

The ideal Candidate:

? Ideally electrically biased, strong mechanically biased candidates will be considered ? 3-5 years experience in a similar role ? Sub-contractor management ? Some commercial understanding would be preferred ? Delivery of both M and E services to high value projects throughout the city

You will ideally be from a large Sub Contract or existing Main Contracting background, having run projects valued between £5m-£15m, be comfortable managing subcontractors and be a strong communicator across the board.

The role requires a pro-active, motivated person with a desire to learn and progress within an organisation that values staff development and places a high level of importance on ensuring that their staff are well looked after and receive necessary training.

Salary circa £70k-£75k + Package + Bonuses
