We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator to work on our Inpatient unit as a Ward Coordinator, on a part time basis.

The purpose of this role is to take a lead in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the ward, working closely with the ward management team and the nursing staff.

It also has a vital and important interface with patients and their families, as well as with other clinical and non clinical teams within the Hospice and with external health and social care professionals.

We are looking for an individual who feels confident working on their own initiative as well as being part of a wider team.  Experience of working as a Ward Clerk or a Receptionist in a clinical setting is essential.  You will also have experience in Microsoft packages inc Excel.
