P/T Property Administrator

You will:
* General administration duties
* Processing applications for sales & rental properties
* Organising basic maintenance (large jobs looked after by maintenance manager)
* Safety certificate and tenancy renewals
* General enquiries and property enquiries
* Opportunites to go out and conduct viewing
* Booking in suitable candidates for viewings - sales & rentals (viewings carried out by a colleague)
* Basic sales progression (gathering information and keeping all parties informed)

This company is a small but busy property company based just outside of Brighton centre, they are looking for a P/T Administrator to support with all administrative duties for the branch.
