A luxury elderly and dementia nursing home in Worthing currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN with a background in UK care homes to work as Deputy Manager.
Details of this Deputy Manager RGN/RMN position and what our client is offering:
• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts only
• A competitive annual salary in the region of £40,000 to £45,000
• Ongoing training and development opportunities

The home provides elderly, dementia and disability care in homely surroundings and as Deputy Manager RGN/RMN you will lead and develop the team along with managing and monitoring the care services provided.
Applicants for this Deputy Manager role should be RGN or RMN qualified with current NMC registration and will have proven experience working in a similar setting in a managerial or supervisory role in a UK nursing home setting.
