Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
Are you looking for a new challenge and chance to expand your knowledge and skills? We are currently looking for an experienced senior nurse to work within the Occupational Health Department for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust
You will have experience in managing a clinical team, be able to demonstrate excellent assessment and clinical decision making skills and be committed to delivering high quality care. Our ideal candidate will also be highly motivated, well organised and able to communicate across a wide group of individuals. The role could be an ideal opportunity for a specialist public health nurse on part three of the NMC register, who wants to develop their clinical knowledge, management skills and professional practice at a more strategic level to improve health and wellbeing at work.
The occupational health role is varied and will include case management; work health assessments, health surveillance, and health promotion. Occupational health experience is desirable but not essential as we are looking for the right individual, with a wide variety of knowledge, skills and experience. You will be required to work autonomously in all aspects of care delivery. We can offer you support to build your confidence, knowledge and skills within the occupational health setting.
