Manpower is currently recruiting for a KYC Analyst on behalf of our client, a large financial services corporation based in Brighton. These are temporary roles with Manpower for six months. Working Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the KYC (Know Your Customer) Team as a KYC & Data Analyst. The tasks & duties include but are not limited to:
* Providing team support on remediation projects, supporting the KYC team with an element of reporting using the latest reporting applications
* Providing insight and case analytics to senior stakeholders
We require someone with an interest in problem solving and with an analytic passion or background. As part of this role this person will be responsible for:
* Performing off line tasks that may involve investigating numbers and cases to provide data insights
* Provide real-time Inventory-centric analysis to the key business stakeholders on remediation projects and BAU work supporting some data requirements for these cases.
Qualifications/ Required skills:
* Ability to deliver under tight timelines
* Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and understand the business
* Strong Analytical ability/skills.
* Advanced Excel, Access Database, VBA and SQL skills a plus
* Critical thinker who exhibits good judgment and intuition (based on experience), knowing when to question outcomes or ask questions based on business/common sense
* Ability to navigate through a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision
* Quick learner with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to detail
In addition, the candidate will also require the following skills:
* Excellent Written skills – Email and Letter
* Experience in dealing with customers over the phone
* Good understanding of merchant business preferred but not vital
* Strong communication skills including excellent written and verbal
The KYC CCP will be responsible for engaging with Merchants via all types of written & verbal communication to obtain crucial Due Diligence Documents. Know Your Customer is a key initiative for CFN/GSN and the role requires excellent organisational skills, an ability to analyse and make judgments on customer documents, and a good understanding of the sensitive nature of the information we are capturing. Merchant KYC is a Europe-wide initiative which requires interaction with both internal and external partners. A good understanding of a regulated role would also be preferred.
