This means we work with individuals in very specific ways to meet their needs, that’s not to say that other Learners receive a blanket approach by any means, but the Involve group require specific attention to detail, innovation and care which happens for the most part off-site and focused around outdoor activities.

Becoming part of the Involve Team means working, sometimes on your own, with people who will test you, present behaviours that challenge and expose you to the more extreme reaches of support work at St. John’s and requires support workers who are flexible with strong emotional resilience and skills in reflective practice.
