Role: Production Operator (Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum + overtime – weekly pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am till 4:30pm
Location: Commutable from Uckfield, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

This is very much a manual and physically demanding job, working in a production environment where you will most certainly get your hands dirty.

· You will be responsible for manually lifting, moving and packaging products.

· You will work towards weekly targets, and be rewarded with financial bonuses if achieved.

· You will be required to do quality checks, spotting anything wrong with the product, and record anything that is not suitable and dispose of accordingly.

· Report to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.


Requirements

· Driving licence and own transport

· Physically fit and able to work in a manual job

· Not put off by repetitive tasks and getting your hands dirty

· Ideally worked in a similar manual role

· Good English communication and written skills

· Proactive work attitude and keen to get stuck in
