A well regarded legal 500 client with a fantastic reputation across Sussex and Kent are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to sit within the expanding Corporate department to provide comprehensive support to fee earners as well providing the highest possible quality of service to clients.

As a Paralegal within the Corporate department, you will be responsible for providing support on transactions in particular dealing with due diligence processes, collating documents, drafting schedules of documents and signature schedules. Within the Corporate department, you will be responsible for undertaking legal research, drafting legal documents, as well as dealing with all parties having contact with the firm either via the telephone or in person.

To be considered for the role, this client is requiring a candidate who has experience of working within a Corporate/Commercial environment, excellent communication skills as well as good analytical and problem solving skills.
