Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and well organised administrative assistant to support our administration team for our expanding organisation on a temporary 6 month contract; working full time in our Brighton Office
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of course and conference materials
- Liaising with course venues, trainers, delegates and course participants
- Keeping accurate and up to date records of all stock control
- Sourcing gifts and course materials
- General administrative support as required
The right person must have extensive experience of MS Office including word, excel and outlook; have a pleasant telephone manner and excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks.
