Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and well organised administrative assistant to support our administration team for our expanding organisation on a temporary 6 month contract; working full time in our Brighton Office

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of course and conference materials
  • Liaising with course venues, trainers, delegates and course participants
  • Keeping accurate and up to date records of all stock control
  • Sourcing gifts and course materials
  • General administrative support as required

The right person must have extensive experience of MS Office including word, excel and outlook; have a pleasant telephone manner and excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks.
