Tasks:
Key responsibilities of this role will be to advise managers on all matters affecting employees and develop/implement human resources policies to meet the needs of the overall business strategy, driving delivery through HR team and working in consultation with our HR Manager. Taking ownership of HR issues including the management of employee relations issues ensuring grievance and disciplinary casework complies with policy, legislation and best practice, you will monitor, review effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
As an HR Ambassador, working closely with your HR colleagues and key stakeholders, you will increase business competency in HR practices and employment law through coaching, advice and guidance of line management to help ensure the organisation meets its legal, contractual and financial people related obligations.
You will support the development and execution of contact centre employee engagement action planning and delivery/ownership of the site wellbeing programme, raising Domestic & General's profile through internal and external PR initiatives.
Experience Needed:

Ideally CIPD qualified with significant experience in a fast paced environment dealing with high volumes of employee relations activity.

You will have experience in producing company policies with significant experience advising on a range of generalist HR and employee relations issues and demonstrable success of working in partnership with managers to deliver innovative HR solutions that meet business needs.
Benefits:
We are asking a lot, but in return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a good benefits and salary package. We are a growing international business that continues to go from strength to strength and we invite you to be part of our exciting future!
