As a key member of the team, you’ll make sure that organisational assets are protected while ensuring our customers get the very best out of our services.The position is primarily responsible for the daily execution of collecting overdue payments and providing superior enhanced risk services to card- and shareholders. You must be able to execute these with the highest levels of professionalism that maintains the brand whilst protecting shareholder losses.
As an excellent communicator, you’ll know how to establish a personal rapport with people on the phone. You’ll beable to use negotiation and relationship management skills to provide win-win outcomes.Above all, you’ll know how to listen to our customers andhave the ability to use judgmental decision making to drive customer loyalty and growth for the business.You’ll also have a professional approach and a strong team work ethic. Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
