Result Areas
• Development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance effectiveness of self and team.
• To ensure compliance in meeting centre KPI’s and SLA’s to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
• Accurate and efficient translation of website text.
• Read, written and spoken proficiency in the following languages. Mandarin/English
Responsibilities
• Supporting our customers directly through email, phones and web chat.
• Place bets through the phone.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Resolve/assist difficult customer calls.
• Track, monitor work activity.
• Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers and upset customers.
• Escalate issues where necessary to the Assistant Team Leader/Team Leader, ensuring the group maintains professionalism and compliance at all times.
• If necessary, carry out remedial action in complaint situations.
• Problem determination and recording of accurate details on all incoming problems.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Dealing with customers and members of staff on all levels in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Communicate with internal departments (Payments, Results…)
• Use knowledge to assist and mentor other members of the team.
• Play an active part in enhancing quality results and performance of the team.
• Ensure company policies are adhered.
• Undertake various tasks as required by senior members of staff to set up procedures and processes to improve service provided.
Skills and Abilities Required.
• Read, written and spoken proficiency in the following languages. Mandarin/English

• Daily monitoring of website for errors
• Website testing for new products and system updates
• Forum Monitoring and capturing feedback
• Translations and content management
• Gambling knowledge preferred but not essential
