Frontier Pitts

The Repairs Administrator will be responsible for looking after day to day administration for the Repairs Team.

Duties include but are not limited to –

Complete quotes supplied to you by Project Managers

Communication with the client on their project

Invoicing

Ensuring risk assessments and method statements are saved to jobs and issued to the client

Spares ordering

Running small projects

Liaising with Manufacturing for dates of completion

Ideally you will hold the below attributes -

  • Ability to work within a stressful environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good personality and sense of humor
  • Able to prioritize
  • Take the initiative with day to day responsibilities and customer queries

Previous customer service experience is essential.
