An exciting opportunity to support local young students with enterprise

This Summer Enabling Enterprise is running an exciting new Young Biz Summer Camp at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA). Over the two weeks, students will take part in a variety of exciting entrepreneurial activities, which support them in setting up their own businesses.

We are looking for a local business to host a trip on the last day of the camp, Friday 31st August, where students will present the ideas they have developed over the Camp. This is an exciting opportunity for businesses to share their expertise with local young students, and widen the young people’s experience of the professional world.

Enabling Enterprise is experienced in facilitating trips to a wide range of businesses – we organise and run the day, so it is easy for your business to get involved; all you need is a space to host a group of 30 students and preferably a few enthusiastic volunteers!

Date: Friday 31st August
Time: 10am – 2pm
Students: 30 students aged 11 – 12
If you are interested in hosting this event, or would like to find out more, please contact Alice Faulkner by phone or

About Enabling Enterprise:

As an organisation Enabling Enterprise works with schools to develop resources and deliver programmes that equip students with the skills, experiences and aspirations to succeed in life. We work with students aged 8 – 18, engaging them in projects in which they work in teams, developing key skills such as leadership, presentation, problem solving and creativity. We have been working with BACA and the Aldridge Foundation on a variety of different projects, and are excited to be running their first Young Biz Summer Camp this August.
